With every step of the winemaking process Dashwood’s goal is to preserve the incredible aromatics and scintillating structure of our wines. After harvesting, the fruit is kept as cool as possible to retain bright, fresh Marlborough fruit flavors. Gentle crushing and cold fermentation help to preserve the personality of the variety and the influence of the site. The Sauvignon Blanc is kept in stainless steel tanks to maintain zesty fruit characteristics.
Tropical aromas accentuate the bouquet of this golden Sauvignon Blanc. Grapefruit, guava, passion fruit, and lemongrass dance across the palate in perfect symmetry bringing a refreshing, crisp acidity to life.
